Our commitment

Meirav's Studio (הסטודיו של מירב) attaches great importance to providing equal, respectful and accessible service to all customers, including persons with disabilities. The Website has been made accessible in accordance with the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility Adjustments) Regulations, 5773-2013, and Israeli Standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines at level AA.

What has been made accessible on the Website

The Website has been built to support the following adjustments:

• A consistent page structure with hierarchical headings and marked navigation regions, allowing orientation with a screen reader as well.
• Full support for Hebrew and for right-to-left text direction.
• Full keyboard navigation, including a "Skip to content" link at the top of every page, and clear marking of the item in focus.
• Alternative text for meaningful images, while purely decorative images are marked so that screen readers skip them.
• Accessible names for all buttons and links, including buttons that show only an icon, such as the shopping bag, search and menu.
• The menu, search and shopping bag open as accessible dialogs: they can be closed with the Esc key, and focus returns to its place on closing.
• Color contrast between text and background in line with the standard's requirements.
• Form fields are labelled, and required fields are marked. Error messages are shown as text next to the field.
• The Website is adapted for display on phones, tablets and computers, and supports text enlargement in the browser.
• Animations and motion are turned off automatically for users who have set "reduce motion" in their operating system.

Third-party components

The purchase process includes components operated by external providers, such as the Wix platform's payment page and the sign-in page for Facebook or Google. If you encounter an accessibility difficulty in them, you can contact us by phone or email, as detailed below, for assistance. We review inquiries and work with the providers to correct deficiencies in accordance with the obligations that apply to us.

We continue to review and improve the accessibility of the Website. If you have encountered a problem, we would be glad if you let us know, and we will address it promptly.

Accessibility of the studio

The studio is accessible to persons with disabilities, including wheelchair users: the entrance to the studio has no steps and does not require a ramp. For further questions and to arrange your visit according to your needs, you can contact the accessibility coordinator.
