Cancel a purchase

You can cancel a transaction in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law and the Terms of Use (section 7). The cancellation notice must state your full name and ID number. For quick identification, we recommend also stating the order number.

What happens after cancellation

The refund and the cancellation of the charge will be carried out within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, in accordance with the Terms of Use. Details on cancellation fees, on returning the product and on the cases in which no cancellation fee is charged appear in section 7 of the Terms of Use.
